Oh my gosh, this is a super delicious treat that the whole family will love! It tastes absolutely devine with rich chocolate and fudgey textures, but is totally healthy and wholesome for the body!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg beaten lightly (organic is best)
1 banana, mashed
2 heaped tbsps raw cacao powder
2 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of grated nutmeg (optional)
Goji berries and chopped nuts to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Spoon into two small lightly greased cups of ramekins (for the microwave) or lined muffin tins for the oven.
For the microwave, cook on high for 1-2 minutes, or until risen and cooked but still gooey in the middle.
For the oven, cook for 15 minutes on 180C (160C fan,)
Top with goji berries and nuts to serve
