Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds & Exchanges

Lost or Stolen Packages
Thriving Kidz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details for the customer to investigate with the shipping carrier.
